Your website will be configured with cruise, Cruise line airfare, and hotel booking capabilities – Booking Mode.
*Required: Signature Travel Network IC Profile (branding profile) has a $100 setup fee and a $100 annual renewal fee. These fees are charged by TPI directly.
*Required: You must be an active travel advisor with Travel Planners International (TPI) and have an active IC Profile (branding profile) with Signature Travel Network.
CANCEL ANYTIME with a 30-day notice in writing.
Setup fees are nonrefundable.
Additional Fees and Options:
*When a booking is made booking fees will apply. Cruise Only – $3 per booking, Hotel Only – $3 per booking, Insurance – $ 2 per booking. Booking fees will be debited from your TPI-earned commissions.
Optional Services:
$450.00 – Basic logo design or redesign.
$200 – Logo resizing for website placement and transition page to the booking engine.
$100.00 per year – Get your own booking vanity domain and branding on the transition page to the booking engine. (Ex. book.abctravel.com instead of book.vacationspecialist.com) These fees are charged by TPI directly.
Commissions:
Hotels w/Activities, and Transfers Reservations/Bookings: The hotel/activity/transfer booking system is powered by Hotel Beds/BedsOnline. All booked items are commissionable to TPI at 15% commission. Note: There is a $3 fee per booking.
Cruises & Cruise with Cruise Line Airfare Reservations/Bookings: Cruise content and pricing are powered by a direct feed from the cruise lines to Odysseus. Cruise Line commission varies by each cruise line and is paid according to TPI’s commission agreement with each line. Note: There is a $3 booking fee for cruise bookings or cruise w/cruise line airfare bookings.
Allianz Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance can be added to each booking for your customers. The commission varies by each insurance product and is paid according to TPI’s commission agreement. Note: There is a $2 fee per insurance booking.
The sum of all booking fees incurred during each month will be debited from your TPI earned commission.
