Website Setup for Vacation Specialist with Signature Travel Network Integration
FIRST STEP:
To qualify for a Vacation Specialist website, you must be an active TPI Advisor with Travel Planners International.
SECOND STEP:
Signature Branding & Marketing Requirement
To activate a Vacation Specialist Website, you must be setup for the Signature Branding and Marketing Program through Signature Travel Network with the assistance of TPI.
What is Signature Travel Network?
Signature Travel Network is a member-owned consortium of travel agencies and advisors that you will join as part of your affiliation. It provides premium marketing, branding, and exclusive travel offers that enhance your client experience.
How Signature Integrates with Your Website
Once you are set up with Signature:
- Your contact details and biography are automatically pulled into your website.
- Your site is populated with Signature’s Hotel Collection, curated vacations, featured destinations, and e-magazine content.
- You gain access to preferred pricing and exclusive travel offers/amenities such as upgrades, shipboard credits, complimentary wi-fi, extra nights, welcome champagne, and more.
How to Enroll with Signature
To register with Signature Travel Network, sign in using your TPI Suitcase login (TPI user ID and password):

If you are having difficulties accessing the TPISuitcase platform to submit your request, please use the ‘Forgot Password’ option located on the login page or contact TPI at 407-331-3888.
THIRD STEP:
Once your Signature Travel Network Independent Contractor (IC) profile has been set up by TPI, they will contact you with the next steps.
Please be aware that activating your IC profile and enrolling in the Signature Branding and Marketing Program is a multi-step process. One of these steps includes attending a TPI-hosted online webinar that covers the Signature Branding and Marketing Program in detail. If all onboarding steps for the Branding and Marketing Program are not completed, your website creation may be delayed.
Submitting the initial online form does not complete your enrollment, so you should expect follow-up communication from TPI with additional instructions and required actions.
After your Signature profile is fully activated, you will need to submit the “Vacation Specialist – New Website Application” form below to begin the setup and creation of your Vacation Specialist website.
FOURTH STEP:
The Signature Independent Contractor (IC) profile has a one-time fee of $100, and the Signature Branding and Marketing Program costs $120 per year thereafter. Both fees are billed directly by TPI.
Once your Signature setup is complete, your Vacation Specialist website will have full access to Signature Travel Network content. Your site will automatically pull key details from Signature, including your contact information, biography, and curated content such as Signature’s Hotel Collection, vacation offers, featured destinations, and e‑magazines. This integration also unlocks preferred pricing and exclusive amenities for your clients, such as upgrades, shipboard credits, complimentary wi‑fi, extra nights, and welcome champagne.
The header area of the Signature microsites displayed on your website will show your company name and contact information, ensuring that all Signature content is clearly branded to you.
The electronic Signature sign-up form below is required to create your Signature Independent Contractor (IC) Profile ID and Branch Profile ID.
These IDs allow us to connect your Vacation Specialist website to Signature so we can automatically populate it with your information, including your contact details, biography, and Signature’s Hotel Collection, vacation offers, destinations, and e‑magazine content.
Once this setup is complete, the header area of the Signature microsites displayed on your website will show your company name and contact information, ensuring that all Signature content is clearly branded to you.Please watch for an email or phone call from TPI with your Signature Travel Network login details and password, as this information is required to finish setting up your website.
Once your Advisor Profile ID and Branch Profile ID have been issued by Signature, you can view them in your Signature account at signaturetravelnetwork.com. You will need both IDs when completing the Vacation Specialist New Website Application form, so please have them available.
