Independent Contractor/DBA Branding & Marketing Program
The Signature Independent Contractor/DBA Branding & Marketing Program allows participants to leverage Signature’s marketing and technology tools while incorporating their unique branding.
Affiliation Requirements: Participants must be associated with a Signature member host agency, which must appoint a key liaison to facilitate communication between the DBA/Independent Contractor and Signature for program setup and support.
Registration and Fees: Upon registration, the following non-refundable fees are required:
- $100 program setup fee
- $120 annual branding/marketing fee, prorated to $10/month for the first year*
*The annual branding/marketing fee includes branded hosted website links and customized email marketing campaigns. This fee applies to any branded profile with logos in the “Agency Graphics” section, regardless of print or email marketing participation. Additional web developer fees for content integration may apply.
Marketing Requirements:
- Host agency must maintain an active ClientBase sync.
- Active sync with Signature via *Client Connection is required.
- DBA/Independent Contractors must have all client data in ClientBase.
- A unique branch in ClientBase is mandatory.
- Websites must include Signature Offer ID search and Email Signup links, ideally above the fold.
- High-resolution company logos (300 dpi or above) must be submitted upon registration for print marketing.

Use of Signature Travel Network Logo: DBA/Independent Contractors may use Signature Travel Network logos according to these guidelines:
- Utilize the wording: “Affiliated with [agency name], a member of Signature Travel Network.”
- Display the standard Signature Travel Network logo alongside the agency logo.
- The “Member of Signature Travel Network” logo is not permitted.
Registration Instructions: Complete the registration form: Registration Form Link.
After setup approval (which may take up to 7 days), Signature will provide web content links and marketing program details to both the host agency and DBA/Independent Contractor.
